Relax zone massage spa

My wife and I came here for the first time; asked for a 45 minute combo massage (20 minutes body, 25 minutes foot work per their sign). Neither of us got the massage we asked for; we got a body massage only. We went in for a foot massage and decided to try the combo based on their sign. Big mistake. When we went to pay, she asked if we wanted to put a tip on the card, we told her We put a tip in the jar; SHE PULLED OUR TIP OUT OF THE JAR AND TOLD US TO GIVE HER MORE MONEY! The only reason I gave a two instead of a one on this review is that the massage was very nice even though it was the wrong massage. Will not go back. A piece of advice to the owners: if you’re going to demand a $10 tip per person for a massage, put that on your sign that a $10 gratuity is expected per person and is not included in the price. Maybe you’ll save the next person you didn’t treat properly.

Asked for 30 min foot massage and got a back massage, the worst and most painful back massage might I add. Did not touch my feet at all. Lady had an attitude from the beginning. Was in so much pain during the massage and still in pain 2 days later. Lady could tell I was in pain and instead of not doing it so rough, she did it even harder, continuously in the same exact spots. It has been two days and I am still in severe pain. To top it off, when we checked out, she expected a tip.

Um this is now my go to spot, very nice owners. They do not miss anything! It was great I got the combination which was 60min for body and 30 for feet. All 90$ i gave them a tip because they just did amazing! I can't wait to come back, thank you so much!!
